When a terrorist organisation called, The UK Army Unit releases two canisters containing the colourless and odourless nerve agent, Sarin in central London resulting in the deaths of over 11,000 people including the Prime Minister’s daughter and grandson the government announces a new legislation called, the Safe Limitation Act and employs a top female neurosurgeon to run it.

Nevertheless, however successful the program, she is eventually betrayed by the government, rejected by her family and spurned by her friends, undergoing the most consequential counteraction by the population in living memory.
